I reccomended this shop to my bf a few months ago and he had some work done to his car and I recently came in with a small issue, which turned out to be a rock wedged under my car and got stuck. Denny did a phenomenal job. He was very informative and transparent and Customer Service oriented. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my air-conditioning issue with my Mercedes SUV and the price was unexpectedly fair. He also fixed another issue that my prior mechanic had diagnosed to be about $563 and he wasn’t even going to charge me. I have two foreign cars and he will now be getting all of my service and maintenance work on those two vehicles. It’s refreshing to find somebody who is so skilled and honest and truly devoted to customer care and service.

My daughter was in an accident and the insurance adjuster recommended this shop, along with several others in the area. We chose this because they had an opening to fit us right in and the adjuster said they are efficient with repairs. Also, she had no rental coverage and we needed to get going on the repairs. We couldn't be happier with the repairs and customer service they provided. They even gave her a free rental to use for local travel while the repairs were being made! We found them to be very customer focused. Updates and communication were excellent, as well as dealing with the insurance company for whatever adjustments were needed for the proper repairs. The insurance company was originally going to total the car (a low miles 2022) but inspections found that all damage was mainly cosmetic, no frame damage or anything severe to cause future problems. The repairs were perfect, involving both body repairs and minor engine components (radiator, AC condenser, etc). They even took care of us with an incident unrelated to the accident which required repainting a door. I would highly recommend this shop!

I have been an AZ Auto and Radiator customer since 1997 (26 yrs). The quality of service here is above reproach, and they treat their customers like family. These people are as honest as the day is long and I will not take my vehicles to any other automotive service/repair shop. Danny, Annemarie and crew are the best! Yesterday, 21 Sep 2020, I brought my RAM 1500 in for an oil change, and to have Danny's crew install new mudflaps and seat-covers. Even though the installation of the above mentioned type of equipment isn't the usual service that AZ Auto provides, they were happy to accommodate my request. The crew did an awesome job; as is their standard! Thanks Danny and Crew!! 12 Mar 2021 Once again, Danny and Crew did a great job, and next week I will give them the opportunity to do more great work on my 2019 RAM Truck. They also diagnosed that my battery was leaking and losing power, and replaced it immediately under warranty - this probably saved me from a breakdown off the highway in the middle of the night. I own a VW. The closest VW dealership is in Tucson and I didn't want to drive to Tucson if I didn't have to, plus I'd rather not pay dealership prices for repairs and maintenance. I searched online for auto repair centers near me with techs skilled with VWs and this was the one that came up. I went in to schedule an appointment to have transmission maintenance done, learned that the business is partially woman owned, and that cemented my decision to have my service performed here. They got the transmission fluid service done and while he was in there the tech found that my water pump was leaking. I had a feeling it was since it's a common thing with VWs and I'd been occasionally smelling coolant but hadn't been able to locate a leak. I was really grateful he found it and reported it to me, I was about to leave for a long work trip driving this car and he saved me from what could have been catastrophic and definitely would have been a huge roadside inconvenience. I scheduled the repair for a few days later and he got it done. On that work trip I drove almost 5000 miles and had no issues! On top of that their customer service is excellent, the woman I was working with definitely cared beyond just earning money for the business as she wanted to make sure everything was done properly for my upcoming work trip and kept the car a little longer just to ensure it was 100% ready to go. As someone who used to, and still would if he could, perform all his own repairs and maintenance on his vehicles, I highly recommend this place!
